Kristen Stewart’s New Movie is Srs Bznz. Also, She Plays a Teenage Stripper
One thing I really, really love about Kristen Stewart: when she’s free of playing Bella Swan, she doesn’t turn to other Bella-like roles. She’s not resting on her laurels and playing the same part over and over again. She even took on playing real life punk rock legend Joan Jett in The Runaways.
And now, she’s taking to the big screen in Welcome to the Rileys, where she holds her own along side Sopranos star James Gandolfini and Melissa Leo, who’s performance in Frozen River earned her an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress. The film has garnered a lot of praise, being chosen as an official selection at the Berlin, Los Angeles and Sundance film festivals.
The trailer has arrived on the internet and it looks like it could be a serious tear-jerker.
