Everyday Life #9 Let me tell you a story.

Okay. Back before Christmas I was shopping with Erika and my Mom and found these boots.

I went CRAZY over them, fell in love with them, tried them on, almost bought them. They were only 10 dollars.

After much thought, I said, “You know, it’s almost Christmas.. it’s freezing out. There’s snow everywhere. I won’t be able to wear these for MONTHS.” So I put them back on the shelf and got my Astronaut boots instead.

As soon as I left the store, I regretted it. TERRIBLY. Then I went back a couple weeks later and of course, the boots were gone.

Then not too long ago, Audrey announced that she was selling a pair of Lego boots. I clicked on the link and nearly had a freakin’ heart attack. They were EXACTLY like the ones I almost bought. So I sat around moping. (They sold for 100 dollars)

A few minutes ago I decided to go on eBay and try to find another pair. I simply typed in “Black blue boots”………

THERE THEY WERE!

The sixth listing or something. MY SIZE. THE LAST PAIR THESE PEOPLE OWN.

Needless to say-despite the 35 dollar price tag-they are mine. (yes, I think 35 dollars is a lot to pay for boots. I’m a cheapy)

BUT I AM SO HAPPY 😀

And so, I am going to be listing (and hopefully selling..) some things on eBay soon to pay my parents back. hehe.
