We The Kings Talk Band Names, Friendship and Greatest Hits
We The Kings are certainly living up to the royalty in their name these days. The Florida born and bred boys are touring like crazy, most recently supporting All Time Low on the Glamour Kills Tour. They’re also preparing for the release of their second album, Smile Kid, on Tuesday, December 8th.
And people are taking notice. In fact, Walmart’s Soundcheck has picked WTK as one of the today’s quickest rising bands and grabbed the guys for an interview session. During the 6 minute session, the boys talk about the beginnings of the band, the reason for getting a new album out so quickly and talk about naming the band. There are also clips from the video for “Heaven Can Wait” interspersed through it, so you get more We The Kings for your dollar. Which is really awesome, because it doesn’t cost a dollar to watch!
