RPatz and KStew Dread Talking ‘Twilight’

Well, we’re in short range of New Moon, the second film in the Twilight Saga, hitting theaters. The film opens November 20th, and with it comes the promotional blitz that takes over every single form of media.

And two of the stars want nothing to do with it.

Reports are claiming that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are “dreading New Moon promo duties.” A source says “Rob and Kristen love the acting; but they hate everything else – the publicity and hype – that goes with the Twilight franchise.” Which does not bode well for the two, since the promotional tour they’re set up for will be worldwide, and Twilight fans are nothing if not devout in their following. The reported reason for their feelings? “They’re dreading giving interviews because they know people will try and ask them about their relationship.”

Kristen’s gone even further, saying that she’s sick and tired of talking about Twilight at all. “The sad thing is that I feel so boring because Twilight is literally how every conversation I have these days begins – whether it’s someone I’m meeting for the first time or someone I just haven’t seen in a while.” But with three more movies slated (the final book in the series, Breaking Dawn, is going to be split into two movies), it seems like she’s doomed to be hearing about these films for awhile.

Just like the rest of us. Trust us, KStew, many of us feel your pain.
