Cobra Starship Premiere “Good Girls Go Bad” ft. Leighton Meester

Fangs up, y’all, ’cause Cobra hit mainstream radio this morning. Ryan Seacrest premiered “Good Girls Go Bad” featuring Gossip Girl Leighton Meester.

Listen to the podcast of Seacrest dishing a little ’bout the track, or go straight to Cobra’s MySpace to get the dance party started.

Since Gabe Saporta gew up in NY, Buzznet asked him what part of the fictional tales of the Upper East Siders felt real to him.

“Well, i can tell you what the most UNrealistic thing is about Gossip Girl–going to Brooklyn is NOT like walking across the street for a cup of coffee. And rich people NEVER go to Brooklyn.”

We also asked Gabe what kinda high school dramas or rumors he had his hand in that would’ve ended up on a site like Gossip Girl, had it existed in his teenage time. Ever the serious guy, he replied, “When I was in high school I had a drama similar to that of the Humphreys and the Van der Woodsens: My dad ended up totally marrying my ex-girlfriend’s mom, but it was like 2 years after she had dumped me, so it wasn’t THAT weird….. kinda. “

Har har.

“Good Girls” is the second of their newer songs to be unleashed on the masses, the first being “Pete Wentz Is The Only Reason We’re Famous” which spawned the catchy-ass chant “I’m not street but I do what I gotta do / So what? You got a crew? / I got a crew too.”

I LOVE Leighton’s addition to the song (but then again, I’m a sucker for girl vocals), what do you guys think? i feel like it’s a relevant addition because of Blair Waldorf’s behavior on the show lately. I wonder if they’ll actually play it on the show?

TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK!
