30 Day Project – Short Attention Span Project Saves The Day!

Last week, one of the featured projects was the 365 Day Project. For many of us, the sheer magnitude and commitment of this project was enough to make us shudder. Enter Crash13 , heroine to those of us with short attention spans and fears of anything long term.

Some of us can barely even dedicate enough time in my day to cook me a Cup O’ Noodles. Heaven forbid we have to actually sit somewhere for any prolonged period of time without moving our legs. Do you cringe to think that in order for me to complete the 365 Day Project, you’d have to actually buckle down and dedicate your life to one activity everyday that doesn’t pertain to your biology. Don’t get me wrong, the work the current 365 Day group is doing is magnificent and awe inspiring, but some of us just lack the ability to commit to anything that isn’t over in 5 minutes.

Last week, a comment was made in jest to the effect of how a 36.5 Day project should be created for those of us with commitment problems. That’s where this journal comes in: Crash13’s Invitation. This is call to all Crash13’s friends to join her on her quest. No, this isn’t a quest where you will need to bring a 12 sided die or un-tap your Mana.

This is the formal invitation: The Actual Rules of the 30 Day Project. In this post, you can see the updates of other users, who’s doing the project, what to label the tag as, and Crash13’s fun observations.

If this is still too much time to dedicate, go drop a comment of support and check out the work being done thus far. For those of you that are thinking of getting involved, get to it! We only have so many days left!

Note: I have yet to start! In the words of the White Rabbit, I’m late! I’m late!
