Brooklyn Vegan posted the results of yesterdays NME awards, which had some very, um, controversial outcomes.
My Chemical Romance won Best International Band.
The Killers won Best Video, for “Bones“
Lily Allen won Worst Dressed. Ouch! I always liked dresses, sneakers and hoops. Oh well.
Gerard Way won Hero of the Year. Awww.
George W. Bush won Villain of the Year. (What? That fool doesn’t make music)
And Panic at the Disco “won” WORST band. Ouch again.
