I hope your day did go well and you were able to keep cool and not have a repeat panic attack - they sound horrendous . Its great that you are enjoying the job though - apart from the heat . I would kick up about that and try get it sorted - it's not fair to expect you to work in those conditions.

I'm so glad that you did this. You need an outlet and this is the perfect way to do it.
