Bjork To Release New Single “Nattura” On Oct 20!
“Nattura,” Bjorks new single that she wrote and produced, is going to be realeased on the Nattura website on October 20, with 100% of the proceeds going to support various Icelandic environmental causes. As reported by Sterogum, the single includes Thom Yorke of Radiohead adding ambient vocals to the track which add an eerie, almost other wordly feel. Brian Chippendale, who has worked with Bjork on the 2007 release “Volta,” lends his talents to the blaring percussion that can be heard throughout the song. Also on the track are Matthew Herbert and Mark Bell on synth and beats.
There was no word on any other material being released by Bjork but it is good to see her creating something new for such a worthy cause. Do your part by downloading the song at the Nattura website to help aid Iceland’s environmental cause.
