Warped Tour Adds Some Reggae and Hardcore to Its Growing LineupAn Orthodox Jew and a Michigan sextet will join the likes of Gym Class Heroes, Paramore, Angels & Airwaves and Cobra Starship on the 14th annual Vans Warped Tour.
![]() Singer Matthew Miller, better known as Matisyahu, will bring his unique blend of reggae and rock to the Warped Tour main stage for four nights: July 9, 10, 11 and 13. Warped founder Kevin Lyman spoke in a recent press release about the addition of Matisyahu to the Warped lineup: "I'm really glad this opportunity came up with Matisyahu. He's an artist I've always felt would be an amazing addition to the lineup, so I'm excited to have him finally join us for a bit." Meanwhile, attendees of Warped Tour's July 18 stop in Detroit are in for a treat — Chiodos! The band will be performing on the main stage for one night only, and Lyman also had some nice words to say about them: It's always great to have a band like Chiodos — who's been a part of the Warped family since the beginning of their careers — want to come back after all their success to spend a day with us." Matisyahu's new record, the follow-up to 2006's Youth, is expected sometime in 2008, while Chiodos are still performing in support of 2007's Bone Palace Ballet. he's sooooo damn amazing
Maybe this summer, Denver.
They're killing me here.
I wish I could go over there and watched Warped at least once.
Chioblows= worse.
But they have a rad line-up this year. Two words: Jack's Mannequin. The heat at Warped is just... like, BAM! in-your-face stuff, though.
