Only a few months out of rehab, Amy Winehouse could possibly be facing up to six months in jail for allegedly assaulting a 38-year-old man outside a London pub. According to People, British police are investigating an incident that took place Wednesday morning, in which the 24-year-old Grammy Award-winning singer is accused of head-butting a nearby patron.

The incident, explained in detail by The Sun, described the evening as her "most depraved night yet." The article is accompanied by a variety of photos, including one of Winehouse walking into a lamppost, and claimed that the singer "punched a second man in the face, trashed a bar, and smoked drugs on the London sidewalk."

"Police are investigating an alleged assault on Chalk Farm Road at approximately 3:20 a.m. on April 23," a Metropolitan Police reportedly spokesman. "A 38-year-old man [contacted] Kentish Town police station and alleged a 24-year-old woman had assaulted him. No arrests have been made as yet, but inquiries continue."

Before entering the pub earlier in the evening, a patron reportedly said Winehouse was screaming out, "I am a legend, get these people out. I want to take drugs."

No stranger to the media, Winehouse has had a string of high-profile stories as of late: from her hospitalization last August, a stint in rehab in January, and big Grammy wins in February. Should Amy be arrested and convicted of assault, she could reportedly face up to six months in prison.

In other news, according to a recent UK poll by Sky, Winehouse was voted as the #1 "Heroine" by London fans under age 25, and came in second only to Princess Diana with voters of all ages.
