The band has just announced that they will be part of the Summer Sonic Festival in Japan on August 9 in Tokyo and August 10 in Osaka. Also on the bill are Panic at the Disco, The Verve, Alicia Keys, New Found Glory, Against Me! and more. Rejoice! Coldplay are set to "drop" their new album in June and a few song titles have been released such as Yes, Violet Hill, Chinese Sleep Chant and Reign of Love. Is this festival worth a trip to Japan!? This album will be different, it will be interesting to see how it is received. They said the first three albums were a trilogy and that this one was breaking from that.
