Photo Assignment #15: There Goes My Hero

It's time to do a Photo Assignment that's both a little bit silly and a lot more Halloween friendly. The evening of spooks is just two weeks away, so let's imagine that on the 31st, you were somehow granted superpowers. What would your alter ego be? What kind of superhero or secret identity would you have?

Shapeshifter gave me the idea for this week's assignment, inspired by a post JayV had made a couple days ago. Click on the photo above to see how he pulled it off!

Here we go:

1) You have until 3:00 PM on Monday, October 20th to submit a photo.
2) Photo can be of literally ANYTHING you think works.
3) Photo MUST BE YOURS. Please DO NOT use a photo you have not taken yourself.
4) You must tag your photo with the selected tag.

I just need a minion to pretend to need rescue, and I can just stand on my bed looking into the horizon with the saving people glint in my eyes, fist in the air, LOLcat sidekick by my side. Hell yeah. ...ooh hell no.

The stunning thing about Alex's style of photography is he does take traditional photos, while also experimenting with different techniques. Alex's images are interesting, by the way he seems to be studying the world from a different perspective, where light, colour saturation and shutter speed are fluid components.
