Ok, so here’s what happened, I sat there and though about this and went:  what WOULD a vampire listen to?  I mean Louis, of Interview?  Yea, he’s listen to a lot of violin solos, cause they all play for him.  Angel?  He listened to Barry Manalo, we already knew that.  Lestat?  I’m sure he listens to nothing he didn’t pen himself.  And no, Edward wasn’t even on my list, poofter.

But the thing is, I don’t like any of these vampires as much as I like Spike.

I’ve said in my journal, repeatedly,  how the real modern ideal of a vampire is Spike.  He can be the love loorn fool, he can be the walking sex, he can assist in bringing about the end of the world and can also be a warrior for the side of right.  I think that covers everything don’t you?  Oh, and he doesn’t fucking sparkle. 


Anyhow, so there is one gesture that I love of Spike’s you mostly see it when he’s turned on and evil.  He leans into his hips and he runs his hand down his stomach, and he flicks his tongue.  So I sat down and thought, my vampire play list is going to be a list of songs that I think would make him make that face.
