It's Friday and it's time for our third installment in our on-going community series. If you've got a camera, join us in interpreting this week's theme: "You are what you eat." Be literal, be ridiculous, and be creative!

If you're new to this, here's how the photo assignments work:

1) You have until 3:00 PM on Monday, July 21 to submit a photo.
2) Photo can be of literally ANYTHING you think works.
3) Photo MUST BE YOURS. Please DO NOT use a photo you have not taken yourself.
4) You must tag your photo with the selected tag.
