Lake Effect Kid
It started with the malfunctional battery. It was on and off, forcing him between sleepiness and euphoria, even making him run about and yell "Catch me if you can!" Lake Effect Kid was a prototype Crybaby, whose mind is plagued by robotic insomnia- he couldn't go to sleep without an Ambien or he would be at the dead-end of unsteadiness. The pills made him feel like he was in heaven and he forgot the Earth until he hears his creator bicker to some unknow person on the other end of his telephone. He wasn't built by the toymaker, but by a man named Mr. Goodbye. Lake Effect Kid was tossed into the streets where the full moon pills kept him out on the streets at night until the Toymaker adopted and housed him until his battery died.
