In most bands the musical and lyrical aspects are more often than not a complete colaboration between the majority of the members. However in some cases, such as Fall Out Boy and/or Panic at the Disco, the lyrical end of it is solely based around one person's writing style. (I.E. Pete Wentz or Ryan Ross) While other members will, from time to time, offer their own words or spin on a set of lyrics the majority of the words we hear come a single writing source. That being said, you must then turn your attention to the other powerful part of groups like this...the vocals. In both bands mentioned here the lead singer has an unmistakable sound and strong vocal range to support the songs written and performed. So...with all that being said, my question is...what do you think matters more? The voice? Or the words sung by the voice? PLEASE LEAVE FEEDBACK!!!
