Probably Where The Wild Things Are.. Or Hop on Pop.. Or Harry Potter.
My mother can recite the ENTIRE Where The Wild Things Are book. O:

Mine was Harry and the Terrible Whatzit.
Or Morris Goes to School.

But from this list it would have to be Where The Wild Things Are,
even though that was more so my brother.

mine was "Regenbogenfisch" my mom used to read it to me every night until I went to kindergarten and the teacher told her she had to read me english storybooks.

Green eggs and ham is CLASSIC. It tops most, although where the wild things are is amazing.

I think for me it was "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish" and some educational Disney books.

Well, sadly, I know none of those since they can't be quite as known in Germany? I did love my collection of fairy tales though!
