Day 12 - Session 2

Day 12 - Session 2

The timing for the second one isn't nearly as good because I had a bout of acid reflux that was quite painful. I also didn't have as much energy because of this damn cold I got.

At least I got it done, right?

Very right. Don't overexercise with the cold!

I won't. I still plan on going on the treadmill today, but I'm going to go easy today. My cold is in full swing, complete with sinus pain and coughing. I admit, I'm utterly confused on whether it's ok or not to exercise, so I'm just following my body's cues and taking it easy.

Yay for progress, even if it's just a tiny bit! :D

Just take it steady while you're not well - you're doing great!

Even though I hate it, I stop working out completely when I got a (bad) cold. BUT, like you said, as long as you follow your body's cues, you should be fine. :)

Yes, listen to what your body tells you - it"s the only one you"ve got. Hot drinks like tea with (or without) lemon and chicken soup might help you to feel better. However, as they say, colds and flu last either 7 days or a week.

15 minutes in one day.

It's not how long you were on it for, it's that you were on it at all.

YAY SUE!
