Acne

Acne

Plan a date; get ready for the prom, set the date for your senior picture or just want to look nice. What always happens; you know, acne, a zit as big as a cabbage lands on your face or on your nose. You feel like an alien in a land of smooth skinned movie stars. Why don’t the popular kids get acne? What are they doing that you aren’t doing. Why me; why me; why does this always happen to me. I’m a good person; why am I plagued with acne. No one knows for sure why people, especially teenagers, get acne. In the fifties and sixties, teens were told that chocolate caused acne or eating too much fried food caused acne. No one really knew anything to do except use Noxzema and pray. There were only acne treatments, no cures. Having acne was seen as a rite of passage.

Web Show

so I'm in the process of making a web show. it's called the cannabis chronicles and it's about the stupidly funny shit people say when they're high. it's been slow going trying to get the first episode done but I think it's FINALLY finished. now all I have to do is sit and wait for Stephany to approve it and up on youtube it goes! lol.

I really hope people like/watch it. I've been advertising it for awhile and it would suck if it let everyone down. I want it to get popular so it can win a stoney award from high times magazine. they have a web show category. stoner of the year is my ultimate goal, but we all have to start at the bottom right? lol.

okay well... I'll give you all the link to my show's youtube where you can view a sneek peak (you can also view it here) and maybe subscribe to my channel? check back soon for the first episode. I'm hoping to have it up by tomorrow!

our youtube!

fan-fucking-tastic

that's how I describe last night. I rolled my fucking nuts off. it wasn't as much fun as the shit we took last weekend but rolls is rolls. haha. we didn't really do shit, just kinda hung around the house. I drank a whole lot of fucking orange juice though. no colds for me any time soon. ha.

savannah and her little friend conner (who is a girl btw) did some with us. they took half a roll. me and heather took ours and their other halves. and we smoked quite a bit of weed. I was just feeling good as a mutherfuck.

listened to guilty pleasure by cobra starship! lol. that was fun. it would have been better if Heather liked the song too, but you can't have everything.

so all in all, I had a great night.

peacexxx

ps. check out my web show

Google Chrome

So, I just got the new Google web browser, and I must say, it's quite off the hook. It's pretty chill, and gives you a way bigger display than Opera, Firefox, or IE ever could. For me, it loads the page a bit faster and the interface is way more simplified. It displays web pages pretty much like Firefox, if not better. I think I'm just gunna kiss all those other browsers goodbye for now, I love this one. You guys should download it, and try it out here! I promise you, you won't regret it! Plus, if you don't like it, you can always uninstall it later. For now, I'll supply you with a little screenshot here. Sorry, my screen resolution is somewhat large, but that gives you an idea of how much better you can view web pages and what not. Plus, it's BLUE! What a great color! Alright, I think that's about it for now. If you do try out Google Chrome, comment me and let me know how you like it!

Download Google Chrome from Download.com, a trusted source.

^^That's where I downloaded and my virus scanner found nothing wrong with it.

The result of my free write:"The Lowly Spider" Tell me what you think if you don't mind :]

There are those among us who gather ideas forever thinking that one day everything will simply "click" and they will understand the world.
But not I the lowly spider. My mind is a web in the grass. My thoughts, the mornings sweet dew, dispersed amongst my silken threads of consciousness.
The rippling wind of a new love or lost soul can make the greatest wave, sending all my precious dew drops to the treacherous ground below and start my day anew, with a beauty so graceful that one can not help but shed tears.
These dew drops, new or old, weigh more than the entanglement of my mind, more even than I do. But they do not break my web or myself for I collect them, I control them in a way most subtle.
For I am the spider who sits all morn long and taps my foot to the sounds only one such as I can here, whether you call us mad or artistic it is no matter.
This tapping; a nervous habit or the beat of a divine symphony savored by the gifted?
This tap-tap-tap shakes my web, my mind, and even the emerald grass, the very foundation of my consciousness, as I let the music take hold while it is played by those as mad as I.
These drops of thought trickle to my center of creativity, the center of my web, and join into not one whole, but many wholes.
Then they begin to fall, falling away from me as I capture those that glow brightest in the fiery dawn, to hold and share with another spider who may truly understand my strife, my pilgrimage to the heart of hearts, where the soul is bound to its shell, the body of man.
All by a spiders thread, the mind of one gifted such as I.
The lowly spider.

Google and Yahoo Merger?

No, but Google and Yahoo are in talks to incorporate the Google Ad-Sense Advertising techniques to the Yahoo search engines and other Yahoo owned programs.  Currently Google is responsible for 70% of all advertisements put out online.  Yahoo owns about 20%, while the other 10% is made up of individual advertising firms.

Vice President of Google, Omid Kordestani, stated that Google already provides a similar service to Ask.com and AOL.  This means that Google would be responsible for all advertising on Ask, AOL and Yahoo, the three largest search engines excluding Google of course.

Yahoo states “Advertisers will pay Google directly for each click on Google paid search results appearing on Yahoo owned and operated network or certain affiliate sites. Google will share a percentage of such revenue with Yahoo”.

The only problem that arises here is the issue of a monopoly.  Microsoft is Google’s biggest threat.  Microsoft is willing to take Google to court, on the premise that Google is becoming a monopoly, and that it owns more than 90% of all advertising from the internet.  Google’s position is that it is the internet, and advertising, and that they aren’t technically a monopoly yet, since 10% is still unaccounted for.

Avery Storm Fans Invitation

Hey eveyone :) I just wanted to let you guys know about a new Avery Storm fansite I've started, I'm hoping you all can check it out and leave feedback/comments and help out!

The fansite, Avery Storm Fans: www.averystormfans.com is pretty new, we're just launching it but well, more than a  fansite, I have a bigger plan. I want it to be a community where everyone can register and contribute to the community!

That means that besides of me admin posting the info, everyone who wants to will be able to submit information, news, pictures, etc. of Avery Storm... this way, the information, news and resources on the site will be better! The only requirement so far for posting is to register a username, but that's totally free. Plus, everything you post would be credited to you. :)

So please, please, check my site out! www.averystormfans.com. Feedback and comments are greatly appreciated, and well, help with posts is of course extremely welcomed!
