January 8, 2008Reese Witherspoon refuses sex with Vince Vaughn on set
On the set of Four Christmases, a comedy set to come out at the end of the year, tensions are overboard as Reese Witherspoon is refusing a sex scene with Vince Vaughn. Vaughn's laidback, improvisational style is clashing with Witherspoon's more professional mantra and it's finally reached a fever pitch.

April 12, 2007Headphones and Dancing
So here's some important information to know about being me. If I have my headphones on, I don't want to talk to you. Unless one of the following circumstances applies:
1) You are my coworker and you have to tell me something/ask me a question/ etc. Coworkers are free to talk to me at any time, regardless of what is in my ears 2) The building is on fire and I can't hear the alarm. Otherwise, the odds are I have put my headphones on preciesly to avoid hearing whatever you are trying to tell me. I don't do this to be rude, its just I hardly have any time during the day to be alone with my thoughts and when I go get coffee or dash out for lunch or whatever, I put my headphones on so I can sort through my thoughts- its good for my brain. Yesterday people were just NOT getting the clue. First, on my way to coffee I encountered some people protestig outside Amoeba records who insisted on sharing their belief that the government had engineered 9/11 etc etc etc- I was NOT in the mood and got very upset when they started hurling insults at me from accross the street... Next on my way to lunch, I got flagged down by a greenpeace guy who wanted my help saving the environment...I told him not then- I love the environment, and I am actually always trying to save it, but I didnt feel like a speach right then. As I was approaching my lunch destination, I passed some random dude on the street, also with headphones, who came up to me, pulled them out of his ears and grabbed my hand. "Hi" he said "I'm John". My immediate thought of course was "who are you and why are you touching me?!" So I pulled my hand away and walked off quickly, it was super weird. I'm sure he was a generally ok dude who was just trying to heal the world with love or whatever, but let it be known that random dudes who try and touch me in the strete will ALWAYS be considered sketchy, and I will NEVER be ok with that. Sorry, I know that kind makes life harder for all you idealists campainging for a future free of fear and full of love, but thats just the way it goes. Anyways so after work yesterday I picked up Bonnie and we went to the Derby, which I learned is famous for being in the movie Swingers. We went to see my friends The Youngs play, but as good as The Youngs are, they were entirely upstaged by this person in the audience who felt the need to dance to every song, even the slow sad songs. And I'm not talking about bouncing to the beat and tapping her feet- she was like full on go-go dancing, and doing a sort of weird version of the Charleston. It was so fascinating and mortifying to watch- Bonnie and I were both watching with out hands covering our faces in humilation- peeking at this phenomenon through our fingers. The best way to describe it was do you remember those dancing sunflowers you had when you were 9 years old? They looked like this only less cute ![]() Yah, thats basically what she looked like, only MUCH less cute. As Bonnie and I watched her jerk around and lurch across the room, I wonered if anyone would ever believe me when I tried to communicate just how fully awkward it was.... Then we went to Pete's Diner? Pete's Restaurant? Well a restaurant called Pete's Something and I had the best macaroni and cheese I've ever had in my life. We had a waiter who clearly needed a vacation, and that made me a little sad for him, but all in all it was an A+ night- we had a great time. Thats all for nowwww! lizy

December 6, 2006The final Chapter for Vince and Jen?So its official, the reps are confirming: Jen and Vince are done. I can't say it really surprises me. He's rumored to be somewhat of a cheater, and I don't think Jen really would tolerate that in someone she's going to invest a lot of time/energy into. I wonder who she's going to move on to. She has interesting and inconsistant taste, it seems. From the pretty boy to the funny man. Thats not to say Vince isn't massively attractive. Or at least I think he is. Here are some classic Vince/Jen memories to enjoy on this sad sad day: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Here, by the way, is the e-mail that supposedly was sent by the girl Vince supposedly cheated on Jen with:

December 4, 2006It has been a helluva weekend...Saturday: I was at my sorority sister's house for another meeting/information run. What's worse about this week is that it's a ritual known as "Hell Week." I don't know what will happen, but it's gonna be scary! I'm scared that some of my sisters won't make it out alive. One of my on-line sisters got into trouble on Saturday night. Now, it's no game...what am I talking about? I never even considered this a game from day one. This week will be very, very busy. More details about that later. By around 6:30, I was dropped off at my grandmother's. Then, my family finally left for Country Club Hills at 7:15. We were at our Aunt Robin's for dinner. It was terrific! I haven't seen her in ages! Sunday: My grandmother and I headed for church. As for me, I was in Sunday school for about thirty minutes, then left afterwards. That's when I finally started my adventure on West Chicago Avenue. Found the first bus going to Jackson. Then, after about 10 minutes on Jackson, I took the 151 to Grand Avenue. After that, I went about 3 1/2 blocks to the subway on Grand and State. Then, I took the first route 66 bus to Sangamon, where the Chicago Academy for the Arts was located about a block and a half away. Luckily, by 11:15 a.m., there were only just 20 to 30 people there. Weird, isn't it? The open call for the Vince Vaughn movie, Fred Claus, started at 9 a.m. I was just glad to be there at all. Before the director, Jean Philo, let us enter the building to explain the regulations, everyone at the open call had to have a recent photo and fill the registration form. It didn't last long, thank God. I should get a call from the production crew soon. Before I made it to the open call, I silently kept telling the big guy in the sky (God) to forgive me for leaving church (like, a million billion times!). Then, I finally came back to church, and told my grandmother about this opportunity. She asked me why I left the church and said she was looking everywhere for me. Before I close out this entry, here's a sad note: my friend Jessica was in the hospital the other day. She had a tumor inside her brain since she was fifteen. Even at this very point, I cannot stop thinking about her. I am worried for her life. But the doctors at Rush started running tests on her. Just hope she makes it. The Diva is signing off. I might not do any more entries for the rest of this week. Ciao! Written By Catrina Charlene aka Mz. Isabella, 04 December 06, 12:26 p.m. (gmt) P.S., my sister will be delivered any day now. I'm so excited!

November 14, 2006Bad news- I think I have the flu.
I've been feeling like I'm gonna throw up all night. :-( I rented "The Break-Up" earlier. Talk about a dumb movie. I was reminded of why I hate Jennifer Aniston. I like Vince Vaughn. I cannot stand Jennifer Aniston. >:-

Vince Vaughn: Is Oprah Next Conquest?![]() Dodgeball star Vince Vaughn has a receding hairline, a thick face, shifty eyes, and he sweats. That hasn't stopped the lovable lunk from beating scuttled ex Jennifer Aniston to the rebound. While Jen is still on the shuttle between double helpings of comfort food at Oprah's house and acid-etched consolations with best Friend Courtney Cox, Vince has been spotted in London soothing the aching void that Aniston formerly filled with the help of a tongue-sharing mystery blonde. Since all of Jennifer's worst nightmares seem to be coming true, the world can next expect to see Vince and frequent costar John Favreau shopping in India for orphan babies.
