His name is Charles Bukowski but it hasnt been officaly confirmed.

ahhh, what's with this Bukowski guy, first Modest Mouse devotes a whole song to him, then Ville gets a tatoo, lol, he was a writer and a poet, here's a link about Bukowski (I'm pretty sure it is a tatoo of him, I put up a pic below and he looks just like him

I think he has a thing for writers named Charles. "Despite the fact that he has become an icon & heroic role-model for many of the disaffected and those with problems stemming from alcoholism, his work has received relatively little attention from academic critics." I think the guy was a drinker himself. Ville must love him. Let's see how many song titles and lyrics came from this guy's work.
