new york's afro-pop playing preps the vampire weekend played an in-store set at amoeba records in hollywood on 2.4.08 . . . for those who don't know it, amoeba is a warehouse-sized, indie-friendly shop on sunset boulevard in the heart of hollywood, and vampire weekend drew a crowd big enough to require a waiting line just to get inside
