All-American Rejects' Tyson Ritter Wants to Work With Leona Lewis: Buzznet Exclusive
IRVINE, California — All-American Rejects frontman Tyson Ritter caught up with Buzznet at Bamboozle Left on Saturday, revealing his collaborator of choice for the Rejects' upcoming record.
Her name is Leona Lewis; an English singer-songwriter in the vain of Mariah Carey. Ritter talked about her after the Buzznet interview moved from the All-American Rejects' dressing room to what he called a more "intimate" setting: the bathroom.
Ritter described Lewis as having "an incredible voice." He said a tour between her and the Rejects wouldn't be fitting, though, since the artists' musical genres are so different.
Last night was the Rejects' first show in five months. When asked about changes in the scene, Ritter exclaimed, "F--- the scene. This is going to be our official departure from the scene."As for Fall Out Boy and Paramore, he said, "They're doin' their thing. It keeps kids coming to shows. It's awesome."
Ritter also talked about current fashion trends, saying, "Some of these kids looking f---ing crazy!"
The All-American Rejects are currently in Los Angeles working on their yet-untitled third full-length album, which is due this summer. If they find success a third time around, perhaps they can afford an even bigger bathroom for out next interview.

and, if they're gonna do something with a british singer, why not the singer from biffy clyro???
i'd be glad to see some sort of 'the all-american clyros' collaboration =D
