I adore Forever 21. I'm sure they break every slave labor rule known to mankind, but I'm selfish enough to adore the amount of stuff I can get there on my minimalistic budget. I'm a huge fan of lace, but I don't know how I feel about these. Leggings should be complimentary to the outfit, in my opinion, not the centerpiece. I like how loud they are, and certainly different, but...are they wearable? And are they worth almost twenty bucks?
