In a recent interview with MTV, Gym Class Heroes singer Travis McCoy explained that the band's new song about cheating, "Cookie Jar," was written before he started dating Katy Perry. "If I can deal with her singing about kissing girls all day, she can deal with me singing about eating cookies for a little while," McCoy stated. Between collaborating with artists like Busta Rhymes and being inspired by bands such as The Clash -- GCH may create the best album of their career so far. However - when McCoy tells MTV, "When people hear the new stuff, they'll realize that I'm a lyrical genius," is that going too far?
H&M fashions is releasing a benefit line of tee-shirts with profits going towards AIDS research (similar to GAP's RED campaign) in a campaign called FASHION AGAINST AIDS. They have recruited artists such as Rihanna, Timbaland, Scissor Sisters, Good Charlotte, Ziggy Marley and My Chemical Romance to design the shirts.
