I'm a little bit worried because is the first time ever I will travel all alone.

I will meet with my boyfriend in Costa Rica, and I am praying as crazy to nothing bad happens to me.

So yeah, guys, I will be away for some time!

Hi guys!!! Hope you are all good and had a great halloween weekend! Mine involved lack of sleep and lack fancy dress!
I spent the 31st in the house with a friend (I know that doesnt sound fun but it was) having a couple drinks. I also went to go see Michael Jacksons' This is It on Sunday. I am so glad i booked tickets to go see it, I enjoyed it a lot though it made me quite sad thinking that someone so passionate and great is not with us anymore. It also made me realise how amazing the show would have been and how much work must have gone into preparing it!! Anyway enough about my weekend... VICE are goin to COPENHAGEN!! Road Trip haha...well Plane Trip! We're heading over next monday to go record some of our tracks with a production company over in Denmark how exciting! It will be VICE's first trip together to another country so I cant wait for that. Also we got a photoshoot this friday that may have a couple of surprises so you'll have to wait and find out for that one!!

At least the colors of nature were still warm even if the air outside wasn't.  The golds, reds, oranges of fall were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.  I missed all of the beauty last year because I was in California the whole month.  I have seen what I missed and have been in awe every time I left my house.  Now the wind and rain are in full force.  The hint of snow is in the air.  It is in the 40's most days...  soon it will dip in the 30's, the rain and slush will be here and all will be cold, dark, wet and gross!

October was fun and flew by!  Been doing a lot of online shopping and research for the Holidays!!!!  (I am an ebay pro by now!) Thanksgiving and Christmas around the corner!  Halloween is new to Germans.  They take the spooky aspects of it... the ghouls and goblins, witches and skeletons aspect.  We Americans have turned it into colorful, silly, slutty, whatever...  BUT I love Halloween.  It is my favorite holiday and i wish I could be able to go to many parties and have the money for the MANY costume ideas i am coming up with all throughout the year.

Normally I don't post pictures of the princess on here but i had to.  She is too cute!

Happily I will be able to dress up soon!  Girls Nite OUT is coming up and there are some shenanaginz to be had and crazy pictures to be taken!!!!  Also in the mix is our Martini Party... LBD is required... classy, sexy, dressy attire is a must.  My cocktail shaker is polished and ready to go!  I take my martini dry and dirty... actually filthy!!! ;-)

Recently our travels took us to strasbourg and I must confess it is my new city of indulgence. So close, so sweet and pretty yet not too rustic.  The Dome (cathedral) is sooo beautiful and they have an amazing Astronomical Clock... the likes of which I have only seen in Prague.  It is the capital of the Alsace region of France and is known for wine... and Petite France.  So romantic and picturesque.  I want to go back if they are having a Christmas Markt (I will 'splain those later).

I think I am going to start writing Travel Blogs!  I love fashion... I write about that.  I love traveling about as much!  So look forward to it!

Trying to keep busy.  Gotta truly start working out and eating better.  I don't think I eat terrible by any means, but I definitely have room for improvement.  I have not been feeling as well as I think I could and I think it might have to do with my lack of physical activity.  I am one that prefers to read, crochet, do crafts, write, etc.  Routine is the hardest thing in the world for me... you seriously have NO idea!!! I am the WORST.  Power 90, please HELP!!!

anyways... I think that is all for now!

This month, I have the honor to be staying at The American Academy in Rome, Italy. What a fantastic experience! I've only been here a couple days, yet I already feel at home...? Its all so interesting... So i decided to keep a blog of what I'm doing, eating, wearing, and seeing. Things in italy are just so.... different (for lack of a better word) than in America. But in some ways, they are very similar. For instance, at dinner the other night, I overheard a conversation about the latest South Park episode... while at my table, we were talking about Dante. 

Also you can find things here, that you couldn't in America.... Smart Cars are abundant, and octopi are stocked in grocery stores.

I actually ate some delicious octopus today... it was served as a ragu with gnocchi... so yummy... heres a pic:

I couldn't eat it all... such big portions! so I ended up taking it home and putting it in the mini-fridge in my apartment. Oh how glamorous.

This is where I'm staying... oh i know, i'll get spoiled. Ordering diamond encrusted tins of caviar to be delivered to my apartment by butlers liveried daily. ahh I wish. ;) 

But on the OTHER end of the spectrum, Rome is one of the most graffitied cities around...

now, this is no Banksy work (check him out here) but its pretty cool... :) That is the sort of stuff you see all over the place. 

Well I hope SOMEONE out there will be reading my Rome travel-blog... it'd be nice to know that i'm not writing into a proverbial black hole... comment? buzz? lol thnx

I'm very excited 'cause I have to chose were I go! 

  I love those countries >< one of the reason for be so difficult for me to chose. I can't wait for january! I want so much go, even though I'm sad, I'll miss my family, friends and my boyfriend, this is very hard, BUT..! I hope make more friends! and be very happy there, I 'll not live there for ever. so there is nothing to worry about .  I have until this weekend to choose. o/ YEEEY!
