The crowd outside the Riviera
That night in Chicago, many people got to see a wonderful band put on one of their best shows. At this point, I've seen AFI nearly 50 times and I was blown away by the performance that night. As kids poured out into the chilly night air of Chicago, they spoke with excitement, reminiscing virtually immediately about what had just happened. It was a moment that changed minds and changed lives.
