Vancouver too. Sometimes it's heartbreaking, but then you meet the mean ones and you kinda feel that they shouldn't be around people.

in dc, there are so many homeless people. and when i was there over mlk weekend it was so so freezing. i wanted to give them all my jacket, but i would have run out of layers pretty quickly. :(
