Well according to TMZ he is.

The rapper died September 13, 1996 in Las Vegas after being shot. Several  pictures were taken in a bar in New Orleans last weekend of "Tupac" drinking.

Obviously TMZ is a reliable source (note: sarcasm) and it seems reasonable that Tupac would spend his time in bars after fooling the world with his fake death for thirteen years.

This whole Keltie thing has been blown way out of proportion. Everyone cares a mad amount about how Ryan hurt Keltie, but have we realized how hard this has to be on Ryan. I guess it passed everyone's mind- but I think it's a crucial issue now... Ryan posted this on Panic At the Disco's blog:

 

“Maybe there is no Heaven. Or maybe this is all pure gibberish- a product of the demented imagination of a lazy drunken hillbilly with a heart full of hate who has found out a way to live out there where the real winds blow- to sleep late, have fun, get wild, drink whisky and drive fast on empty streets with nothing in mind except falling in love and not getting arrested…”

 

This wasn't his own, he quoted 'HST' (If you know what this is- please say) but it's kinda eery, don't you think? Isn't this kind of what his own father did? Alcohol abuse and forgetting their responsibilties? I know this is kind of his own buisness- but I'm sincerely worried for him. I think that his rock n' roll- party with friends- have a good time life style is getting to him. He wants things to go back to normal, but they can't. Some mistakes can't be undone. I hope he stays strong. Because if what happened to his dad happened to him, then it would be like the bad things his father did times two plus a whole bunch of depressed fans. I really wish Ryan had someone to lean on. I hope he can turn to the rest of the band for that. I hope that he could turn to Pete too, but it seems that everytime he's getting drunk in public or doing weird shit- he's with Pete. I'm deffo not saying Pete's a bad influence, even when we all know of the several challenges he's had to overcome, but I think Pete is a different kind of person than Ryan is- and there fore can handle the lifestyle Ryan is currently living in.

Maybe I'm over viewing things. Girls seem to do that alot. Looking over things and trying to find a reason for everything. (Like "He's Just Not That in to You" *Movie Plug*) But this video on TMZ kinda scared me... and made me laugh like mad... but still scary.

Ryan doesn't know what the seat is!!! He is grabbing all over Ashlee for support and is like, "I'll sign something" to the cameras. Thank god that Ryan isn't as famous as Pete or this would've been on tonight's TMZ (3-3-2008) and would have been totally embassasing.

Ryan!!! Straighten out! We need you! Your band needs you. Your mom and sisters and dog need you. I need you. Please- don't go down a path of no return because of one stupid mistake. Everyone makes bad mistakes- and you just need to cry and move on. This reminds me of a Dinosaur Jr. song.... "Feel the Pain". Ugh. I'm heart broken. Comment on your thoughts. Am I being to much of a paranoid girl or am I right?

Ok so according to The National Inquirer, the 17-year-old former star of Zoey 101 is 8 weeks preggo, only3 months after poopin out  first baby Maddie

 

Lynne Spears apparently hit the roof when she found out and family and friends are urging Jamie to end the pregnancy. It's already difficult being being a teen mother to one kid, but to two?

That dont sound fun.....

When Jamie missed her period and a home pregnancy test kit came back positive, she "cried her eyes out," a source tells the mag.

Jamie apparently thought she couldn't get pregnant while she was still breastfeeding(idiot)

We need to better edumicate the children of America about reproduction, y'all.

But the National Inquierer did report her preggers with Maddie.

Goodyear -- the maker of the tire that may have blown out before Friday night's plane crash -- tells TMZ they have gotten the call from the NTSB, and they'll be working with investigators.

In a statement, Goodyear says, "We have been contacted by the NTSB and will cooperate fully with its investigation. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims of this accident."

The NTSB said the black box recording revealed the plane's crew said a tire might have blown before the Learjet overran the runway and crashed into an embankment. Four people were killed; Travis Barker and DJ AM remain in critical condition, but are expected to make a full recovery.

A source from Augusta, Ga., where DJ AM is being treated at a burn center tells us he is "ambulatory and in good spirits."

No word on Travis Barker. Both were severely burned Friday night after a plane crash that killed four. We're told both DJ AM and Travis are expected to make a full recovery.

The NTSB says crew members told the tower they heard a tire burst and tried avoiding takeoff. The plane overran the runway and burst into flames after hitting an embankment.

TMZ has placed calls to Goodyear and Learjet, identified as the makers of the tire and the plane that crashed. So far, no response.The coroner has just released the cause of death for the four victims of Friday night's plane crash in Columbia, SC, and it's horrifying.
The Lexington County Coroner says Chris Baker, Travis Barker's assistant, died of blunt force trauma to the head and neck, and Charles Still, Barker's bodyguard, died of an acute subdural hematoma caused by blunt force trauma to the head.
The two other victims, the pilot and co-pilot, died of smoke and fume inhalation and thermal injuries.

New video has emerged of the immediate aftermath of the South Carolina plane crash, and it's a miracle that anyone survived.

it seems that theyll b ok!!!! my ♥ goes out 2 the ppl who died n dj am n travis barker.

MTV had a casting for The Real World season 22 in Boston yesterday. I E-mailed them and had everything set to go down and have a meeting and then a casting interview. Needless to say my transportation did not work out. I love and hate my friends. I am a spontaneous kind of guy and none of my friends have spontaneous impulses. I only had five days to plan the trip to Boston and all the details. I had everything planed yet my friends that I was going with just does not do the spontaneous thing. I E-mailed MTV back saying I could not make it due to failure of transportation and they were actually nice about it. They said they will still except a submission via a five minute video tape giving a brief bio and some reasons why I'd be a good candidate for the show.

So who did I end up spending my Saturday?

I spent it in Bangor. I went to my sisters place, well technically her old new place. She recently got an apartment and now she found a better one and talked her way out of her lease and is moving out. We get there and her landlord was outside and he had a "new" refrigerator to install in Cathy's place yet we were laving so he was going to wait for her to return. We go check out new place, well the outside as her soon to be new landlord had prior commitments and could not fit in a showing. She herself has seen it and loves it. We then drive past her current place and her landlord broke in and was installing the refrigerator. Cathy wants to flip out yet held her tongue due to it was second to her last day. He ends up ripping her door off and it was rediculase to say the lest.

 

We went to Iparty and Spirit Halloween. I have about six events planned for Halloween and I kind of want to be something different at everyone. What should I be?

Spirit Halloween is in the mall and during our visit I ran into some friends and it was pretty amazing. Cathy was shopping in DEBs and due to her dislike of them Casey walked off but I walked around with them. We went to the entrance of Hollister and it was rediculasly funny. To attract new costumers, we went to outrageous measures.

Cathy gave me a futon and I kind of got it to fit in my mothers Rav, it was poking out about 2 feet and the back door had to be open and it was highly illegal and my mother was freaking the whole ride back, worth it as now aside from the bed and chair, I have more setting in my room. Thanks again sis!

I would also just like to express my sympathy for Travis Barker and DJ AM. The were in a plane accident yesterday and out of six people they were the only to survive. Barker and AM's plane crashed directly after takeoff from a Columbia, South Carolina airport. I found out threw Buzznet and then went to TMZ.com to get the full scoop. They are still both in critical care due to extensive burns. Together they are an amazing team and I hope an incident like this only makes them stronger.

Today TMZ reported that Dr. Fred Mullins said both Travis and Adam suffered second and third-degree burns. Mullins said Barker's torso and Adam's hands and part of his head were burned.

Also reported from TMZ was that a doctor has announced that Travis Barker and DJ AM are expected to have a full recovery.

PETA: Beheaded Man Tastes Just Like Chicken

Only PETA can turn a human beheading -- and act of cannibalism -- into an animal rights issue.

A local paper in Manitoba, Canada -- where a Greyhound bus passenger was recently killed, beheaded and eaten -- has decided not to run an advertisement from PETA that equates that murder to the slaughter of animals.

PETA wrote on their blog, "While it isn't every day that a human is violently attacked and eaten by another human, it's worth noting that it is the norm for many people not to give any thought to the fact that restaurants are serving flesh that comes from innocents who were minding their own business before someone came after them with a knife."

Yeah, but steak tastes gooooood.

Gawker.com is reporting that TMZ kicked the bucket during the Great Quake of '08.

The website reported, "Worst Website in the World TMZ hasn't posted anything since 2:41. The only reasonable explanation is that they are all dead. So you heard it here first. TMZ: Dead."
