Thursday/Envy Split Set For November Release; Songs Announced

The long-awaited split CD/Vinyl between Thursday and Envy will finally see the light of day on November 4 and both the track list and artwork have been revealed.

According to Alternative Press, the split will be released on vinyl only, but a CD version of the songs will come with it too... that's quite a bargain, isn't it? Also, the record is pressed on a 180-gram vinyl (top-notch sound), so it won't sound like you're listening to it through a tin can.

Thursday / Envy Split track list:

THURSDAY - "As He Climbed the Dark Mountain"
THURSDAY - "In Silence
THURSDAY - "An Absurd and Unrealistic Dream of Peace"
THURSDAY - "Appeared and Was Gone" (Remix by Anthony Molina of Mercury Rev)
ENVY - "An Umbrella Fallen Into Fiction"
ENVY - "Isolation of a Light Source"
ENVY - "Pure Birth and Loneliness"

Are you going to pick up this split in November? Do you still own a record player?

Thursday is currently working on their fifth full-length, and followup to 2006's "A City by the Light Divided". Meanwhile, Envy (Japanese hardcore)  already released both a split with Jesu and the Abyssal EP earlier this year.

Yes I do still own a record player that I use quite often. You can't beat the sound of vinyl.

Can't wait for the split.
