John O' Callaghan ... A Helping Hand When You Need One
You asked and I have answered 10 of your questions. Hopefully you find my answers helpful.

1. Favorite band/inspiration?
John: Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers. He's such a badass, and he's be making great music for so long.
2. Do you know if A Rocket To The Moon is playing Tempe for the What Happens In Vegas Tour?
John: I have no idea if they are, but for more information visit www.myspace.com/arockettothemoon
3. If you could combine two mythical creatures, what would they be and why?
John: Most likely a centaur and a unicorn. I think that would look so sick.
4. If being in a band would ever fall through what would you want to end up doing with your life, would you try and produce music, work for a band?
John: I would be in school stressing my ass off. If my band ended today, I'd probably try to work for a band or still do something in music.
5. This question has to do with The Maine... when are you coming back to the UK? You said you would be back in the winter/spring this year but you obviously did the AP Tour...
John: We are trying to come back as soon as the new year begins. We are just extremely broke and are trying to save up and come back!
6. I hate being shy. is there anything i could do to be more open around people? advice please :)
John: I know it's tough, but try to be more comfortable with who YOU are. One way of doing that is by surrounding yourself with good people that enjoy your company.
7. Are you doing a fall tour? if you are, can you tour with This Century, All Time Low, and A Rocket to the Moon?
John: I wish we could tour with those guys all the time, but we'll be on tour with Boys Like Girls, Cobra Starship, A Rocket To The Moon, and VersaEmerge.
8. I'm going into high school next year, do you have any advice, or do's and don'ts?
John: DO make friends. DON'T get canned.
9. What's the most important thing your parents taught you?
John: The most important thing is that you are comfortable with the decisions you make.
10. Oh and another question, how do you stay and think positive when there's nothing to look forward to?
John: Just know that someone out there always has it worst, and you should try to realize that there really is a lot to look forward to.
