Top 10 Bands of 2008

2008 was the year of the new bands, new tastes and new famous people! So, I think a lot and I choose 10 bands who made my 2008 a better year.

10. Boys Like Girls, Ive already knew them, but this year I definitely started to LOVE this guys. The Great Escape drives me crazy all the time, makes me wanna get in a convertible and drive like a crazy with my friends singing along some old song. Or something like that.

9. We The Kings, when I saw the Check Yes Juliet video, I totally fell in love. When Travis started to sing, I didnt knew what to do: if I saw the video or his hair.

8. Every Avenue, Where Were You is addictive and funny. Oh, and the guys are REALLY cute.

7. Airbag, is a band from Argentina - but i still think that Pelé is better than Maradona - and they are very talented. Their brand new album, Una Hora a Tokyo, have a single called Mi Sensación and that music have an amazing solo! There are other musics from this band that i really, really, REALLY love, like Amor de Verano and All Night Long.

6. Breathe Carolina, they show me what is power pop. Really, i didnt knew what was power pop in the beginning of the year, but when i get in the myspace of BC and listened the musics, i really like it because they are totally original and their music deserves a lot of fans. I think that The Birds and The Bees are their best song.

5. Opeth, they arent new and famous, but they are a new taste for my playlist. My brother started to listening them and i started to like their sound.

4. Moby, my daddy was deleting some things from his laptop when he found Porcelain and then i started to find myself in Mobys lyrics. My favorite song of Moby is In My Heart. Dont know why, but I feel fine when I listen this one.

3. The Ting Tings, I was in a magazine site when i read about the song Thats Not My Name. They were saying that the song was agressive and blablabla. In my opinion, they are a fun machine. When Jules start the back vocals in Thats Not My Name i start to sing with him. With the lyrics by my side, of course.

2. Forever The Sickest Kids, i still in love with Kyle and Austin. When i start to talk about FTSK i get in trouble, because i dont know what is my favorite song. My first favorite was Whoa Oh! (Me vs. Everyone), because this one was the pioneer on my viciousness. After this, was the time of The Way She Moves, Men In Black, Breakdown and Coffee Break. But now im absolutely addicted on My Worst Nightmare. I dont know what their music means for them, but for me its already part of my life. They kick some ass!

1. Paramore, ok, everybody knew that them will stay in 1st. Look, Hayley have an amazing, wonderful voice and she is totally gorgeous. Josh have talent and... hes fuckin hot - fact. Everybody loves him, and i agree with this people. Zac is SO cute! But can somebody explain to me why he always stand behind Hayley in the majority of the photos? Suspect. Jeremy is my favorite one. Hes cute, hes gorgeous, he have talent, hes fuckin hot and I LOVE HIM WITH ALL MY HEART! I touched on his reed. That was magical, ok? My favorite songs of Paramore are: Miracle, Born For This, Let The Flames Begin and Here We Go Again. But its complicated to choose one favorite song, because all the songs of them are amazing.
