I got all the Little Mermaid movies before they go into the vault at the end of the month. I was wondering if they'd ever put out LM2 as a special edition since they re-released LM1 and then LM3 came out recently. I have all three now so that's all that matters. Hopefully they won't tamper with the series anymore though, the first was a classic, the second was lackluster, I haven't seen the third yet. I guess I'm having a Little Mermaid party tonight then. All three movies in one night!
I think I was drawn to the second because I felt like I related to Melody, in that way that I was like a reverse Ariel. Ariel wanted to get out of the sea and go onto land, Melody wanted to get off the land and go to the sea. I wanted to be a mermaid when I was 12. I still kinda do. I wonder if they're any happier than we are.
