Ok so I know that Halloween has been over for awhile now, but if your anything like me you keep getting pics from various Halloween parties you &/or your friends attended. Its amazing how many people were the exact same thing. Dont people get creative anymore??? But anyways...which costume were you most tired of seeing this year?
If i couldve added pics, i'd also add "slut/skanky costumes, pirates, & the joker"
Think back over the past year about the movies that were hyped, plugged, bashed, and praised. If it were up to you, what movie would you pick as the best of 2008? Did it move you? Inspire you? Confuse you? Or was it just plain freaking cool (or weird)? These movies may not get the Oscar nod for 2009, but who cares? We’re making our own Buzznet Movie World predictions. Hey, we just may get some right. You never know (but I doubt it).
So, here are my five picks for Best Picture of 2008. Which one would you choose? Don’t see your favorite on the list. Let us know in the comments; and by the end of the week, we will announce our Buzznet Movie World pick for Best Picture of 2008.
I would love to work for the joker as long as I was close to him, and was always assured that he wouldn't turn on me. I would feel as though i would be safe if I worked right under his wing, because of his extreme wit and intelligence. I would want to work as an assistant, or a perhaps a love slave...lol. no joke.
With The Dark Knight being released at midnight tonight (July 17th), I wanted to see if the movie was all it was hyped to be or if it wasn't as great as people were expected it to be. So, what did you think? Was it as great as expected or did you feel a bit cheated?
Note: You might not want to answer this poll until you have actually seen the movie.
Oh, if you want to see the movie trailer in hi-def check this little link out: http://www.whysoserious.com/happytrails/trailer.htm
May I say that Chicago is displayed beautifully in a few shots in the trailer.
It's been a huge summer already for superhero movies. We've seen Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk garnering rave reviews and saving Marvel comics based films (we can now safely forget about the original Hulk movie with Eric Bana and try and release our bad memories of X3: The Last Stand). But in the next two weeks we're set to see a pair of eagerly anticipated superhero sequels release:
On July 11th, Hellboy 2: The Golden Army hits theatres.
On July 18th, The Dark Knight, the follow up to Batman Begins, releases.
Which movie do you think is going to rock your summer the hardest?
