I need your help.

So, it's four in the morning and I've been watching the movie Lars and the Real Girl and laughing out loud, and it's really not right to laugh out loud at four in the morning unless you're having sex with a clown. So, what should I do?

Lars and the Real Girl. I don't want to give away too much of the plot, but it's about a guy named Lars and a girl he meets on the internet.


 

I think there's a lot of Lars in me. I think there's a lot of Lars in all of us.

I've seen bits and pieces of it, and a documentary about other Lars and their real girls.

Then there are virtual girlfriends of the Japanese game industry, who demand that you say state your love for them 100 times in a row into your cellphone while you're on a crowded flight.

Maybe when it comes right down to it, REAL girls really are less trouble!! Well, some girls.

Me, too. This isn't a chick flick, not in the conventional way, anyway! It's a documentary (right, biz?) about a guy who falls in love with a sex doll.
