Body issues are no strangers to many women between the ages of seven and seventy, but young Tara Reid seems to be strong enough in her self-esteem to toss those issues aside. Ever-vigilant Just Jared has captured Tara displaying her mottled tummy, which the American Pie star has stated was mangled in an elective surgery procedure gone dramatically wrong. Is Tara a brave, empowered female in a bikini, or deluded and in need of a cover up?
