Epilogue...

*12 YEARS LATER*
*ISOBELLE'S POV*

"It's ok baby, just hang in there. It will be over in no time" Brian says to me before kissing me on the forehead. Another contraction hits as my beautiful twins walk into the hospital room. "It will be ok mum" Cameo says before hugging me. "Yeah, I want a little brother" Christian says, making me laugh. "Oh please, its a little sister" Cameo argues. "Go play with your boyfriend" Christian yells. "Go play with your girlfriend!" Cameo yells back. "Enough. Your mother doesn't need this right now" Brian says. "Sorry dad" they both say.

I smile. I'm lucky to have a wonderful family who I love more than anything and who love me back just as much as it hasn't been easy since I lost Tim. The twins ask about him as much as possible and I tell them everything they need to know. We still live in Orange County with Ren and Jimmy as our next door neighbours. They have two beautiful daughters. Kara, 10 and Ravyn, 3.

Aileen and Matt moved to London. They have a daughter, Rachel, 7. Shaunie and Johnny moved to Los Angeles just after Shaunie gave birth to their second child. Louise, 10 and Brad, 3. They both died last year in a horrible car accident. Jomaris and Zacky moved to New York where Jomaris gave birth to triplets. Edward, John and Taylor are now 4.

"Hey sweetie, how you holding up?" Ren asks as her and Jomaris walk in. "I'm all right, wish it was over" I say as a doctor walks in. "We're ready for you now Mrs Hanor" she says. Ren and Jomaris both kiss me on the cheek. "Bye mum, see you when you come out" Cameo says before her and Christian both give me a hug and kiss. "Make sure you bring back a little brother" Christian whispers in my ear.

Brian comes with me into the delivery room. Thankfully its over and I have a beautiful son. "Do you have a name picked out?" the nurse asks. "Yeah, Tim" Brian answers as I feel something go wrong. The machine I'm hooked up to go crazy. "Belle?" Brian asks as I feel a hand on my shoulder. "It's time to go Isobelle" Tim says. "I need to see my son first" I say. " There's no time. You need to come with me" Tim says.

I take Tim's hand and the pain I feel is gone, I don't even feel sadness. Me and Tim stand beside my body as I watch the doctors try to bring me back. I try to comfort Brian as he cries for me to come back but I cant. "He has your eyes" Tim says as he looks over a nurses shoulder. I walk over to him. A tear runs down my cheek as I see my son. Tim holds out his hand once more and I take it. "Close your eyes" he says. I do as he asks.

When I open my eyes I see the paradise I remembered so well. "Welcome Home" Tim says. For once it does feel like home.
