When a radioactive dragonfly bites high school kid Rick Ricker (Drake Bell) he develops out-of-this-world powers. With his new found abilities, he takes up the mantle as the green, spandex-wearing, crime crusader "The Dragonfly." A villain known as "The Hourglass" surfaces and poses a threat to Rick and the rest of the city. Will he be able to stand up in those tights and fight? Only time will tell.
