Created when a botched gamma-science project exploded in his face, Jay V gained powers of invisibility and levitation, but tragically lost his ability to understand the human psyche as any normal person would. Possible wildcard of the bunch, Jay V is spastic, yet always willing to help a lending hand.
(I can only turn literally MYSELF completely invisible, and this early in the morning, I was unsure that I could go all completely inviso, so I left the clothes on for decency. As you can see, I'm getting better at translucence with items that are in contact with me, but I think a complete invisibility aura is still a ways off.)
