The classic animated series Speed Racer finally comes to life on the big screen. The Wachowski brothers take us into the futuristic pop art world where we follow the accelerated life of Speed (Emile Hirsch) , a young race car driver whose drive is as big as his cutting edge car. WIth the support of his girlfriend, Trixie (Christina Ricci) and family, Speed faces the hardest race of his life.
