smoothie time! the drink of choice for Baha'is around the world contains no alcohol... just fruit, and lots of it! Aram is a good friend of mine who is addicted to smoothies, and he's got me hooked on the damn stuff too... we gathered at his place after today's reflection meeting to partake of some phat smoothie action. ice cream, berries, chocolate chunks, and what have you. he always has a wide variety of ingredients in his freezer, ready to be crunched and blended into the drink we all love. here, Jaleh (aka J-Lo) savours a berry smoothie, with Nays looking on in the background.
today was also Father's day... I didn't take any photos, but my family did go out this morning to celebrate in our traditional way - with breakfast at Cora's. Dad, if you're reading this, happy father's day... even with your faults and foibles, I still love you, and don't you forget it.
