Actually, astoundingly, I'm not!

(Well, nothing that's visible, anyway... beneath the red jacket is one of his pink "Cupcake Pirate" t-shirts, if I'm remembering correctly. TRUST: I returned from the trip with a buttload of swag. The empty travel bag I brought with me for purchases didn't suffice, so Mr. Gold had to taxi my ass to Deseret Industries, where I purchased a rad blood-red hardback Samsonite. Because I already had two pieces of luggage to check for the flight (one so filled to bursting it was held together by packing tape), gentleman that he is, William checked my third piece of luggage as his own. And uh, did I mention this was a vacation where I only stayed three nights?

Or how about the fact that I'm bone-ass broke from this writers' strike?

When it's molar-splittingly brilliant clothing (and I've got plastic in my possession), any semblance of logic I once possessed seems to dissipate in the credit card encryption...

"I may be broke as F.A., but damn do I look good."

Let's just hope that's not good while pushing a shopping cart!

Jared's show was the evening prior, and he'd been sewing 16-17 hours a day the two weeks leading up to it. So, yeah: he wasn't exactly at his sharpest.

Not unlike me at the moment! I still have a ton of work to do (yes, I did weigh it, as a matter of fact)...yet here I am, procrastinating.

*sigh*
