Yesterday afternoon there was a bit of commotion near my work. The film crew were all set up to shoot some ad for TV! So I wandered down twice to be a sticky beak. It looks like it'll be for a computer company or something, because everyone was sitting outside on couches using laptops? Hmmmm. And sometime soon they're also shooting City Homicide in our office for their "lone shark" character haha.

Jess met me at work with a big fat bandaged finger. He's gotten it caught on the saw at work at ripped of his nail and cut his finger. The doctors reckon that he might have nerve damage 'cause it's deeper than he thought! My poor papa.

We went into the city 'cause I wanted to buy those skull flats I mentioned earlier. "I bet we get there and you're all like 'I don't likeeeee them'".

Which is precisely what I did, haha. They just looked tacky on. No thanks. All though I did buy a black and gold small hand bag with a gold chain strap.

Then we were back off to Melbourne Central to head home and then to The Jam Factory to see (500) Days of Summer, but the line was maaaaaaassive so we didn't bother. Instead got dinner and drinks and walked home.

I didn't sleep so well. I woke up for ages at 2.45am and then Lupe decides to start HOWLING at 5.30am and boffs all over the carpet 3 times! That's twice this month, and I don't know if she's just being a little piggy and eating too much or what. So I stayed up cleaning and cleaning and dozed until my alarm. So yes, I am extremely tired today.

AND I FIGURED OUT WHY I KEEP TRYING TO MAKE ALL THESE NEW CHANGES IN MY LIFE THIS MONTH.

My past two relationships have ended in September, and the one before those ended in August 06. So usually at this time the past 3 years, I'm doing the whole after break up re vamp of ones self. You know, the new haircut, the new wardrobe, the new friends, the new outlook on life etc etc. So even though it's plainly obvious that my relationship is going to withstand this month of September, it's not evident why I'm all, let's move, let's buy a house, I want a new wardrobe, I want to dye my hair (I bought dye and it's been sitting there since my birthday, haha).

Off to Your Thai for dinner tomorrow night with the girlies and Jess, and then afterwards were all going to get photobooth photos apparently? Haha. Should be cute.
