Remembering George & Martha

Seismic Campout
Just after I took this photo I noticed an elderly couple standing off to the side, not far from me. They were amazed with what they were witnessing. (Remember this is a public campground; not everyone expected to find a 4,000 watt sound system and a few hundred revelers.)
I talked with them a bit explaining the dance party they were witnessing. Their wonderment was amusing and a sweet spot in my night. I walked them over to watch the fire dancers. Talking with them was one of my favorite moments...then I rejoined my friends in the dance.

For this photo I used ISO 400 (my favorite) and modified the exposure to somewhere between +1 & +2. It requires a very steady hand (to date I haven't used a tripod), thus the slight blur.
For the party photos that you see the trails like this one
for example I use the backlight flash.
A lot of digi-cam's are limited with their manual function. I went for the Canon Elph because of its compact size coupled with the bevy of features.
Thanks for asking podge!
These are so fun.
George and Martha's last name wasn't Washington was it?
