Sandra Bullock Stalker Strikes Again

Who knew that actress Sandra Bullock has a stalker?  Do all big time actors have them?

Celebitchy reports that last Sunday morning, long time Bullock stalker, Marcia Valentine, was confronted by Bullock's husband, Jesse James, after he found Valetine lying in their driveway.

Instead of doing the smart thin, which would be peacefully leaving, Valentine decided to try and run James over with her 2004 Mercedes, not once, not twice, but three to four times!

After many failed attempts, she finally decided to drive away.  The saddest part about the incident is that  James' 10 year old son witnessed the entire event.  Hopefully police will arrest her.

Do you think stalkers should be in jail? Have you ever had a stalker?

I'm not sure, I guess it depends on how stalker-ish they get. I've had problems of the sort back in highschool, this guy wouldn't stop following me, when i ignored him he looked up my friends and family and approached them trying to get them to talk about me, made up a bunch of lies. He even told his parents we were dating, wich resulted in his parents calling my parents, wanting to meet me. It was seriously annoying and i felt like my privacy was violated, but I never felt threatened or scared by his behaviour. Eventually, as i ignored him, the whole thing went away(actually i heard he obsessed over some other girl lol). I never felt the need to call the police on him. Although if i had walked out of my home one day to find him trying to run over my boyfriend, i think it's safe to say i would have called 911...

Stalkers should definitely go to jail.

No, she shouldnt be arrested. She should continue to be free to do whatever she want in the streets and run more people over. (sarcasm)

I don't guess you could be arrested for... stalking. But, she should definetly be arrested for friggin attempted murder! I mean, come on! She tried to KILL her husband! That is against the law and she could be arrested for that. Stalking is creepy but, I guess it isn't technically a crime because no one is being harmed.
California passed antistalking laws in 1990, and yes, I think it should be considered a crime. My second to last stalker "only" harrassed me at home, in my business, and online and cost me a bunch of freelance work. My last stalker put me in a coma, looted my house, and killed my pets. Stalking is obsessive behavior over and above the realm of fandom and crushes, and it doesn't have to cause or threaten physical injury to be harming you and your loved ones. Staking out your house, calling and hanging up 50x, following and spying on you...those things upset and interfere with you being able to live your life without the constant reminder than someone is lurking, and could quickly escalate into dangerous situations.

Thank you whoever wrote this :) No, I didn't try and run over Jesse James. I made him move aside from a public parking spot. The news never reported that I am a property owner in Sunset Beach. I lived there for almost two years before the so called "incident" occured. I've just lived here in Huntington Beach my whole life.
