curious, is the system in LA that clogged up that even non-celebs are serving a few hours time?

she should have been in jail longer than that.

from my understand based on articles because of the nature of her crimes its pretty standard practice to do what they did to her, so it wasn't a celebrity thing, however i still think 84 minutes in jail is stupid.

She deserved to go to jail for at least a month or more. We need to show these celebs that they can't get away with all this shit just because they're famous.

The time in rehab should not count. Its almost like a luxury resort, not jail. And being put in jail for 84 minutes is retarded. Your not teaching her anything. I hate seeing stupid crap like this.

I think it was fine. I read somewhere that one of the cops that works at the Lynwood Jail said that she did not get any special treatment because the same thing happens to about 40 women daily. That aren't famous. So yeah.. I don't think she got any special treatment, and I believe she still has to do the community service that she was given the option of doing in lieu of going to jail. But she chose the jail and got fortunate.

its rediculous. it makes a mockery of the american sentencing system or whatever. she's hope she learnt her lesson with that one. someone should have tapped her hand and said naughty naughty.

i think it was hell unfair!...i mean Paris did a solid 23 days, and some people still accused her of getting celebrity treatment when she stepped out in between for a day i think...Lindsay should do her share.
