My Favorite Car Ever
This is the MB2 Motorsports #36 M&M's Pontiac 1/24 diecast! This car is the one that was driven on September 23, 2001, the first race folowwing 9/11! As a tribute and in respect to all those who lost their life, MB2 and M&M Mars decided to run the car with NO advertising of any kind! Then they sold these diecasts donating 100% of the money to the Red Cross! Also Ken Schrader and his wife Ann donated a million dollars of their money! If you look closely at the hood, you will see that it is autographed!

Yes he autographed it for me when he came to a small local track in Grand Rapids in 2002. I've lost track of the date! Johnny Benson, who won the truck series last year, is from Michigan and owns the local track! No, he is not racing this weekend! He is semi retired! He is 54 years old now! He is converting from being a driver to a team owner. He owns Ken Schrader Racing that fields 2 full time ARCA cars! It was very classy of them to run without advertising!! The NASCAR family are for the most part really good people! :)))

THANK YOU for not snubbing my car photos!! I appreciatre it!! This one is very special! I realize you are both from other countries so 9/11 isn't a big deal for you, but you both still commented!! You are such good friends!!!

That's just...ok, first, amazing car! Second, I just still get overwhelmed of those things people did from their hearts for the 9/11 and still do for the RedCross, WFP etc. it's just amazing...
