First Beer in 3 years!

For those who don't know I had to give up junk food and booze due to digestive problems. After 8 years it seems like these problems are clearing up and I've been able to eat a bit more freely. The best part was tonight though. I went out with my flatmate and took her to a local (my favorite) pub in Maida Vale - 'The Warrington'. I thought to myself 'Fuck it, I'm gonna have a beer!' It must be about three years since I last had a nice cold beer, so I ordered half a pint of Fosters...

Oh my God...


Heaven.



...and yes, it did make me feel a bit drunk =P

Many years ago I used to live around the corner to the Warrington, in Castellain Road. It was really cheap then. I shared a room with a girlfriend, paid 2.5 pounds a week, including clean linen!
