I wanna read it! And yeah, that last one really blew me away because the first time I heard that song I made a comment about how it'd be my luck that God would be an ass hole and I'd have to defend myself using lyrics from that song because it really describes my life and my relationship with religion...

I'll have to listen to that song. I use to consider myself a "born again"Christian and for the last few years I really wonder if there is a god. I just posted my shuffle game. :)

I'm agnostic but I was born a Baptist...I remember the moment I lost my faith and since then it's just been like every time I turn around there's more evidence to me that my choice in my religious practices are where they should be. It fits, you know? And that song just defines that feeling...it's really exhilarating, honestly...

I was born Catholic and then in my 20's went to Protestant church and followed my ex husband there and in 2004 is when I really looked at my faith. Last year was really hard with the church "family" (if you call them that). I totally agree with you with seeing the evidence. It's the same for me. It's hard for me and talking to my mom about it though. She wants me to be going to church and praying. Hopefully, when I do make a final decision she'll accept it.

I hope that for you also. It still gets my mom but she knows that it's my decision. She prays for me which I appreciate...but she doesn't push the issue with me. I hope that your mom is that same way. I think the main reason my mom is ok with it is because I spent 5 years trying to find something that fit me...after I lost my faith it just never made sense again to put all my heart into a religion I didn't agree with completely. And after searching it seemed like nothing really fit. Then I found Agnosticism and it just made sense...it seems to be what I'm about, you know?
